Robert Thompson is delighted to announce the appointment of Adrian Evans as Manager.
The restaurant with rooms which has recently retained the Islands only Michelin star for its food and 5 gold stars from the AA for its rooms has been successfully trading under Robert Thompson for 4 years and the appointment of a resident manager is the first of its kind for Robert.
Adrian brings with him a wealth of experience including 10 happy years at The George in Yarmouth where he oversaw food and beverage operations. He is a prominent local operator who is well known both on the Island and mainland.
Adrian said of his appointment “After 10 enjoyable years at The George this is a great opportunity for me. I am really looking forward to joining Robert and his successful team in sharing my passion for the Island and the incredible food it has to offer.”
