10th October Wednesday 12pm – Pasta making with Robert Thompson at The Pond Cafe

30th November Friday 7pm – French Wine Evening at The Hambrough.

Wine expert Robert Wheatcroft (who works with Vine Trail, a specialist importer of small domaine French wines, typically organic) visits The Hambrough for an evening of French wine tasting paired with delicious winter dishes created by Robert Thompson. 13th December Thursday 7pm – Champagne Billecart-Salmon Tasting Evening at The Hambrough.

Founded in 1818 Billecart-Salmon is one of the few Champagne Houses to remain family owned renowned for their award winning cuvees. Champagne house Billecart-Salmon will host a tasting evening accompanied with creative dishes by Robert Thompson.
