Since moving to the Isle of Wight I have always followed the journey of the infamous Isle of Wight cheese company who have gained such a great reputation so quickly. I am encouraged by the response we receive when using our favourite Isle of Wight blue and Isle of Wight soft especially at The Pond Cafe.
Starting in April along with a new menu for the Pond Cafe, you can taste the fine Isle of Wight cheese in some new recipes and of course, Isle of Wight blue and soft will always be available on our cheese boards.
